NAF Girls League

The Noah’s Arc Foundation™ (NAF) Girls League creates safe, empowering pathways for young people to thrive — on and off the court. Using basketball as a unifier, the program encourages girls and young women to build confidence, community, and leadership.

The Girls League Program objectives are organized into four categories:

  • Economic Mobility: Employment readiness, financial access and readiness, leadership skills
  • Personal Development: Confidence growth, leadership identity, community engagement
  • Violence Prevention: Violence prevention/conflict resolution skills, healthy communication
  • Wellness: Well-being knowledge and healthy behavior adoption

The program consists of clinics that include basketball and movement activities, as well as fundamental skill building paired with workshops designed to strengthen life skills, support emotional well‑being, and connect participants with trusted adults and positive role models.

The Girls League provides a safe, empowering space for young people to thrive — both on the court and in their everyday lives.
