Board Chair, Dr. Clinton Boyd, Jr.

Dr. Clinton Boyd, Jr. is the Executive Director of Fathers, Families & Healthy Communities and a researcher at Chapin Hall, with a focus on strengthening families and advancing racial equity. His work bridges research, advocacy, and community action to empower fathers and support community well-being. He is an Aspen Institute Ascend Fellow and a nationally recognized leader in justice system reform.

Board Vice Chair, Anthony Mosely

Anthony Moseley is a Chicago-based arts and social impact leader with 25+ years of experience using storytelling to inspire empathy and community change. As Artistic Director of Collaboraction, he has produced 100+ productions focused on equity, healing, and social impact, including the Emmy-winning The Lost Story of Emmett Till: Trial in the Delta.

Board Treasurer, Joe Montgomery

Joseph Montgomery is an attorney and advocate specializing in student rights, school discipline, and special education. As founder of EducationLawyers.com, he supports families and advances fair outcomes for students. On the Noah’s Arc Foundation Board, he brings a balanced, solutions-driven perspective centered on access and opportunity.

Board Secretary, Jeffery Heredia

Jeff Heredia is an educator and leader with over 20 years of experience supporting Chicago’s youth. He has served as both a teacher and leader across multiple communities, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and student success. His work is grounded in restorative practices, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Becky Carroll

Becky Carroll is the Founder and President of C-Strategies Inc. and a public affairs strategist with over 20 years of experience. She has led high-profile communications and advocacy campaigns across government and nonprofit sectors, including senior roles with the City of Chicago and Illinois Governor’s Office. Her work centers on amplifying voices, building support for key initiatives, and advancing equity.

Brent J. Cohen

Brent J. Cohen is a social impact leader with nearly 20 years of experience across public, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. He is the founder of Brent Cohen Consulting Inc. and a Senior Fellow at NYU’s Marron Institute of Urban Management. Previously, he led the Office of Justice Programs at the U.S. Department of Justice, overseeing $5 billion in annual grants to strengthen community safety and advance equity.

Anthony D. Douglas, II, MD, MPH

Dr. Douglas is a physician dedicated to trauma care, health equity, and violence prevention. His work focuses on addressing the underlying factors impacting urban communities. He founded and was the first to complete the Surgical Advocacy Fellowship at the University of Chicago, a program training surgeons in advocacy and community impact.

Benny Estrada

Benjamin Estrada is the Senior Director of Street Outreach at New Life Centers of Chicagoland, with over 25 years dedicated to mentoring high-risk youth in Little Village. His work centers on violence prevention, relationship-building, and expanding opportunities for young people. He is also the founder of La Villita Basketball, creating a space for growth, connection, and community.

Heather Morris

Heather L. Morris is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Magellan Corporation, with over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership. She has led major steel divisions, including rebar, stainless, and specialty products, with deep expertise in the oil and gas industries. Her work focuses on strategic growth and market leadership.

Yolam Anderson-Golhor

Yolam Anderson-Golhor is a social worker and strategist focused on using sport as a platform for social impact. A former NCAA athlete, she brings experience from five years in the NBA, including the Toronto Raptors’ championship season and the launch of the Basketball Africa League. Her work centers on global program development and expanding opportunities for youth.
